Info about PreussType Standard-Fonts [STD]
PreussType [STD] fonts have the same character encoding like the Type1-fonts or TrueType-fonts: 256 characters, some special characters, simple numbers.
For some font creators this basic character set shows the standard character allocation of the offered fonts. All further font extensions and services have to be purchased at a more expensive price. We think that this should not be a standard practice. We developed our [STD] standard which is comparable to the Adobe fonts.
Nevertheless, it can be usefull to license our basic fonts: If you wish to get a taste of our fonts or just need a reduced set of characters – always these fonts have advantages over the obsolete font formats.

OpenType Features
Many fonts use so-called features, to provide you with a certain intelligence. This alphabetically listed properties give my fonts additional functions. These functions can (but need not) be included in the desired font. Learn the actual font OpenType features included via the link »technical information« in the font preview. When you click on an icon below, you can learn more information about each feature.
